Accommodating staff and magnificent location in everything I need, everything was good.

I have had a good experience, this ideal, spotlessly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. The room was great-sized with good wifi🙂

I really enjoyed the hotel, it was pleasant, and check in was good. It made my trip to Kissimmee a nice experience.

The place was impeccably clean and well-kept, had hospitable staff especially Lucas the manager who was very attentive to the issues that occurred at the hotel. The continental breakfast was more than adequate, at 7:20. Central location short walk to parks as well as Old Town, it was in a pretty area. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

Everything was excellent, no complaints, I do recommend it. Enjoyed this lovely welcoming hotel, easy to find, with helpful staff especially Lucas the manager who was very attentive to the issues that occurred at the property.

The personnel was attentive and amiable. Our room was newly remodelled and neat with a balcony as well as the shower. Our accommodation was set in a central location really close to the park and highways and Disney. The service provided there was VERY GOOD. It made our trip to Kissimmee a very pleasant experience.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful and fairly clean, it has good Wi-Fi and an outdoor restaurant.

I thoroughly enjoyed that it was fairly clean and modest, the staff were more than adequate and rooms were immaculate. I was there for 1 night and ate at outdoor restaurant in a walking distance area. It exceeded all expectations.

We only stayed here for 11 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was perfect. Modern building and rooms with fresh decoration. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

A wonderful stay for the price. The property is fairly cleanwith a nice design, and the continental breakfast is warm! The pool area is great too.

This was a fine stay, we would stay here again. The staff was best & everything was fantastic. Breathtaking & huge unit with the balcony, pullout sofa, for example. Fast check in and in general terrific service.

Generally everything was fine, even so the bathroom was dirty. Everyone was extremely helpful and the room was recently renovated. I had excellent food for breakfast at 7:20.

Actually everything was lovely, my next choice again in Kissimmee. Staff were customer-focused, breakfast was astonishing. Bed was big, I enjoyed it.

Ideal room, absolutely stunning views, attractive staff. The location was the best, so close to Orlando as well as shops. The pool bar in the hotel had a wide array of refreshing coffee and espresso throughout the day.

Actually, Wi-Fi was slow and our bed was very uncomfortable.

All in all a great looking hotel and really nice stay. Excellent breakfast, large room, cordial staff. Exceptional view, a great balcony, spacious bed, too. Easy check out too. The beach was beautiful.

The hotel was pretty clean, location and staff were exceptional. Loved Kissimmee, the venue was really cheap. Our room had a neat bed and a really beautiful view. It was an unforgettable stay, you could leave a car nearby. There were free internet and easy to access parking available.

Contemporary hotel with an absolutely perfect location and really kind staff. The room was recently refurbished and really spacious, we loved it. The restaurant was good and the food was hot. Late check-out too.

Nothing not to love.

Overall I had a quite comfortable stay and will be back. Great breakfast, quiet rooms, stunning location. Outstanding view of ocean. Private beach nearby, that was what I loved. There was a stunning restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Cheap food and welcoming room - had a very very good stay. Quite clean place and decent service. We tried to use free Wi-Fi in public areas. The hotel was beautiful and in a central location.

Comfy bed, very clean rooms, FAMILY place. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby. Pizzeria Italia, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.

All in all, it was fabulous base for traveling to Kissimmee. The restaurant was located within 800 feet. Not to mention free parking nearby. This hotel is equal to 2 stars...
